The Internal 'Relo-Hub'
The idea is to ensure all the organisation's parties and departments work together to plan and implement the project under the direction of the Team Leader, assisted by outside and independent experts such as ourselves. Overall control at the centre ensures the project stays on track and on budget and has access to expert input to deliver the required outcomes. And the concept can of course be tailored to suit the specific needs and structure of any company or organisation.
The External 'Relo-Hub'
The 'Relo-Hub' concept can also be used to coordinate the various external suppliers required to organise and equip new or renovated premises ready for occupation. The example below is fairly typical of the suppliers and services required – but can of course be adapted as required.
