| Q: Are your services restricted to the UK? |
| A:Although our origins were within the UK we have been providing relocation services internationally for some years now. |
| |
|
| |
| Q: How do you structure your fees? |
| A: We offer daily or project based fees depending on each assignment. We always discuss the specific needs of each client first and then usually offer a fixed price fee because this is what the majority of our clients prefer. It means they know where they are and that they can safely allocate a fixed and known budget for our involvement. |

|
| |
| Q: If we invite you to come along to meet us for a fact finding meeting, do you charge? |
| A: Not normally but we occasionally request that our travel costs should be reimbursed if particularly extensive or expensive travel is involved. |
| |
|
| |
| Q: How can we be sure the right person will be allocated to our project? |
| A:
We always ensure you are comfortable with the person who will be your main day to day contact before we actually start working with you. |
| |
|
| |
| Q: What happens if we decide to involve someone from your consortium too? |
| A: We will put you in direct contact with them so you can make sure they are the right people for your needs. |
| |
|
| |
| Q: Do you take any commission from them? |
| A: No and you would normally pay them separately. |
| |
|
| |
| Q: What if they were working as part of your own team? |
| A: In this case we would agree the cost of their involvement before getting them involved and invoice the fees agreed for the services they will provide to you. |
| |
|
| |
| Q: How do we benefit from your membership of the European Relocation Association and the Association of Relocation Professionals? |
| A: Both associations have strict recruitment and membership policies and all applicants must comply with their codes of conduct and levels of professionalism. In addition they insist on members carrying insurance for professional indemnity, public and employee liability cover. |
